Brand implementation is arguably the most important step of all in achieving a new corporate identity - or brand. After all, there’s little point in creating a compelling new brand if you don’t know how best to apply it to derive the most value from it. The process of brand implementation can be complex, costly and time-consuming. At Clockhouse, we accompany and guide our clients through this daunting process, applying our expertise to ensure that implementation projects run well rather that run out of control.
 
We combine big agency vision with the personal touch of a boutique marketing firm. We often work closely with Design agencies to ensure that their work is applied accurately and consistently. This relationship is referred to as Magic and Logic. Branding agencies look after the Magic (creative) and we, the brand implementation agency, look after the Logic (implementation).
 
Our services cover consulting, audits, impact evaluations, branded collateral production and supply, and integrated brand management systems. Working with some major global brands, our recent experience covers regional, national and worldwide implementation programs, Amsterdam, Atlanta, Dallas, Manila, Mexico City, New York, Paris, Oslo, Stockholm and Tokyo to name but a few This has taken us to some of the largest cities and some of the remotest parts of the world. In every case the brand has been implemented with the same accuracy and attention to detail as you would expect in your own home city. We call that delivery.

Delta Air Lines - Case Study

In working with Delta for over twenty years we have been involved with some extremely challenging and fascinating projects. In 2007 we were commissioned to implement their new brand in 122 cities around the world - a project that we completed in seven months from start to finish.
 
Since then we have completed projects in Palau, Beijing, London and across Europe, the Pacific basin and recently Liberia to name but a few.
 
Our challenge is always to find and implement simple and stylish solutions that are consistent with the brand yet fulfil very differing market requirements.

British Airways - Case Study

Our brand implementation task for British Airways took the form of developing a signage system that could be used in diverse situations around the world. The brief was centred around three essential features that the sign system needed to have: ruggedness, flexibility and moveability.

The solution successfully implemented globally by Clockhouse fulfils all requirements. The signs are robust, being able to withstand harsh treatment in busy areas such as check-in concourses. Their design is flexible, enabling local staff to change the graphics in minutes, in situ. In the case of the larger totem units, these are very easy to move thanks to a wheeled base. The signs all have a family look and come in various types such as wall signs, desktop signs and wheeled double sided signs.

Clockhouse’s global logistics unit enables us to deliver to locations around the world, ensuring that the British Airways family look is maintained across the continents.

SkyTeam - Case Study

This alliance of fourteen of the world’s major airlines requires truly global thinking when delivering on projects. Clockhouse has worked with SkyTeam for over ten years generating ideas to keep the SkyTeam brand in front of both the travel industry and passengers. The global nature of this company often requires very radical solutions which Clockhouse have devised and delivered in the most economical and effective way.

QIB (UK) plc - Case Study

QIB (UK) plc is the UK arm of Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB). It is one of the leading Islamic financial institutions in Europe with a wide range of Shari’a compliant financial products. When the parent bank introduced a rebrand of the UK subsidiary, we were briefed to produce a new range of house brochures suitable for the UK and European markets.

The task involved positioning the bank against the multitude of other Investment banks operating in London so as to attract business from both Islamic and non-Islamic clients alike.

Dorking Brewery - Case Study

The task is to ensure that Dorking Brewery beers are instantly recognisable wherever they are served or sold. Loyal and new customers alike must be able to identify them easily and instantly see if they are available for enjoyment.

Strong designs for pump clips, bar mats, bottle labels and point of sale material all bear the same consistent image. The striking logo, inspired by the famous Dorking cockerel, is the distinctive feature of each design.
