Travel Places is one of the leading providers of travel solutions for major sporting events around the world. For 10 years Clockhouse has been responsible for helping to develop the Travel Places brand as well as the two subsidiary brands Winning Tours and Winning Events. Norcros / Springwood Drive - Case Study 2

Norcros Estates manage the real estate assets of its parent company. Springwood Drive - a 330,000 sq ft industrial building with its own office centre based in Braintree Essex - had been on the market for some time without finding either tenant nor buyer. Our task was to re-brand it and help re-introduce it to the market.

Our strategy was to rename and then promote it through aggressive internet marketing. Within 10 weeks the sites had achieved in excess of 800 hits [compared to 40 over a year prior to our involvement] generating a multitude of enquiries. The property was sold within 12 months.
